Draft: this page describes how the site works today and will be replaced by our full privacy policy before launch.

This page explains what OrcaStrate collects on this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you book a demo, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, company, job title, phone number, the tools you use today, your sales team size and any notes.

We count page views and clicks with PostHog. If you accept cookies, PostHog stores an identifier in your browser so we can recognize return visits, and records how you move through the site (session replay, with form fields masked) so we can improve it.

If you decline, or haven't chosen yet, we count visits without cookies or identifiers and record nothing. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie preferences in the site footer.

How we use it

We use your details to arrange and run your demo and to follow up about OrcaStrate. We use the page counts to learn which parts of the site are useful. We don't sell your information.

Who handles it for us

Railway hosts this site and its database, Resend delivers our emails and PostHog provides analytics. Each handles data only to provide that service to us.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details you sent by replying to any email from us.
